RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input contracts / orders into corporate systems
• Ensure ordering documents signed by partner/customer
• Collect Order Pack documents and check/cross-check for completeness, accuracy and compliance with Corporate Business Practices
• Scan order documents to Order Administration in GFIC
• Provision of advice and verification of pricing
• Monitor / Manage order processing through to booking completion
• Provide training and regular updates to the sales team if required
• Reinforce the importance of up-to-date information in systems, through regular communication with the Field Sales Teams
• Perform the Credit Check Process as required 
• Liaise across Contracts, Finance, Sales, Business Practices to finalize orders promptly

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Complex order processing and contracts administration experience
• Knowledge of sales cycle and process
• Technical skills (eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Rudimentary contracting & basic system knowledge
• Ability to function in a dynamic, changing environment

Desirable:

• Good time management skills and the ability to priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• The ability to look beyond the detail to the Big Picture
• To know what drives and motivates people and how to manage various personalities

모모 Global IT 업체에서 직원 모집하는군요. Title은 Biz. Analyst인데 직급 level이 junior에 가까운 편이니 분석보다는 communication 능력이 더 중요할 거라고 보이네요. 제 생각엔 SW 산업에 최소한의 관심이 있고(전문가일 필요는 없음) 적극적인 성격인 25~33세 정도의 분이라면 지원 가능하지 않을까 싶습니다. 영어...는 잘하면 좋고 뭐 울렁증이라든지 특별한 거부감이 있지만 않으면 될 겁니다. Even though와 Unless를 구분할 수 있으면 되고 Orange는 어륀지라고 발음하지 않아도 돼요.
